WeFund Lending Corp. (SEC Registration No. CS201825672, Certificate of Authority No. 2844), a corporation duly organized and existing in the Philippines (“WeFund”), respects and strives to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected. This Privacy Policy governs how WeFund collects, uses, maintains, transfers, shares, stores, discloses, and disposes of your Personal Data in relation to the Android app services we render to you. By using the WeFund Android app, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Collection of Personal Data
1.1 When you sign up for a Luvit Card and use our Android app, you may be asked to provide information to establish your identity and profile, including but not limited to: name, biometrics (where available), background, profession, addresses, photographs (through camera access), SMS read access (if applicable for messaging integration), mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, device information, operating system, browser type, financial data, creditworthiness information, information about your references, microphone/audio recordings, approximate location, and other data generated by your use of the app (“Personal Data”). Some data may be collected automatically and you may be prompted to grant permissions for camera, location, notifications, and SMS read.
1.2 Data sources include user submissions, app usage data, device data, cookies, government authorities, third-party providers, and others as permitted by law.

2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
Personal Data shall be used for registration, credit approval, risk management, fraud prevention, collection, marketing, and other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Examples include identity verification, anti-fraud measures, Purchase Amount approvals, and communications.
3. Usage of Personal Data
During the course of your availment of our service, we may, through manual or automated means, use, process and/or disclose your Personal Data to Wefund’s affiliates, subsidiaries and thirdparty partners for any of the following purposes (“Permitted Processing”):
3.1 to authenticate your identity;
3.2 to assess and process your applications for our products and/or services;
3.3 to communicate with you including but not limited to sending you updates and reminders, responding to your inquiries and/or complaints and resolving disputes;
3.4 to manage and maintain your accounts/facilities with us;
3.5 to conduct credit checks and scoring to assess or verify your credit/financial worthiness and to assist other financial institutions to conduct credit checks;
3.6 to evaluate your financial needs;
3.7 to make and facilitate credit decisions based on your eligibility for our products and services;
3.8 to utilize the same for strategic alliances, cross-selling, marketing, and promotions;
3.9 to maintain your credit history for present and future references;
3.10 to detect and investigate crime, fraud or illegal activities, and to utilize and disclose the same for investigation, prevention, prosecution and compliance with sanctions, including, know-your-customer (KYC) and regular politically-exposed-persons (PEP) screening purposes and in compliance to the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Prevention Acts of the Republic of the Philippines;
3.11 to respond to the requirements of a civil or criminal legal process and/or for regulatory compliance purpose and/or as required by law or regulation;
3.12 to collect any debt due or owing and to enforce your obligations to us;
3.13 to utilize and disclose the same for market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving our products and services and product development;
3.14 to provide you with the information on our and third-party products and services which may be of interest to you;
3.15 to verify the accuracy of records maintained by us and/or for us by third parties;
3.16 to utilize the same for research, design and improvement of our products and services, operational and business processes;
3.17 to support our business, financial and risk monitoring, planning and decision making;
3.18 to handle complaints and queries;
3.19 to utilize and disclose the same for audit, compliance and risk management;
3.20 to transfer or assign our rights and duties under any governing terms and conditions between us and yourself;
3.21 to utilize the same for our outsourcing of business and internal operations;
3.22 to utilize and disclose the same for security reasons;
3.23 to transfer your Personal Data to foreign jurisdictions for the purpose of processing and storage and to enable any cross-border transactions, for the performance of a contract, for the purposes of legal proceedings, upon written request from a foreign regulatory or government authority or body, to protect your vital interest or where it is in the public interest to do so;
3.24 to disburse payments and collect repayment;
3.25 to analyze voiceprint biometric data for the purpose of identity verification;
3.26 to conduct data analytics and data profiling; and/or
3.27 to process your Personal Data for any other purposes that is required or permitted by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and any other lawful regulation, order and/or guidelines.
We also use cookies for a number of purposes, including but not limited to, storing your preference for certain types of information or products, for further analysis to provide products and services to you, to improve our products and/or to personalize our services to you. You may adjust the settings on your browser and/or mobile device so that you will be notified when you receive cookie or other similar tracking tools. 4. Disclosure of Personal Data
Your Personal Data held by us shall be kept confidential at all times. However, in order to provide you with effective and continuous products and services subject to any laws, regulations and guidelines and for the Permitted Purpose, you explicitly consent to us providing, disclosing, or otherwise processing your Personal Data, in connection with our products and services, to the following parties, in and/or outside the Philippines:
4.1 WeFund’s agents, holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and associates;
4.2 professional advisers, contractors, service providers, debt collection agencies and our other agents with whom we have contractual agreements for some of our functions and services;
4.3 national and local credit bureau, credit reporting agencies, credit reference agencies, rating agencies (such as Credit Information Corporation), insurers and/or insurance brokers;
4.4 financial service providers in relation to the products and services that you have with us;
4.5 any actual or potential participants or assignee or transferee of our rights and/or obligations under any transaction between us and you;
4.6 any guarantor or security provider for the products and/or services granted by us to you;
4.7 any authorities or regulators, including foreign regulators for the performance of their functions, or any party as required by any law or any government, quasi-government, administrative, court or tribunal;
4.8 strategic/business partners with whom we have a relationship with for specific products and services;
4.9 third-party collection agency;
4.10 any person connected to the enforcement or preservation of any of our rights under your agreements with us; and/or
4.11 any party authorized and/or consented by you.
5. Data Retention and Security
WeFund will retain Personal Data consistent with legal requirements and the purposes for which it was collected, implementing reasonable security measures to protect data.
6. Rights and Choices
You have rights to access, correct, or delete Personal Data, and to withdraw consent where permissible, subject to legal and contractual constraints.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience and for analytics. You can adjust settings to limit tracking where available.
8. Cross-Border Transfer
WeFund may transfer Personal Data to foreign jurisdictions when necessary to provide services or as required by law.
9. Third-Party Links
Our app may link to third-party services; WeFund is not responsible for their privacy practices.
